European Group Phases begin in a week, so I guess we should get this started.
Copied from Futbolmetrix's post last year:
'Rules: Before each European match day, pick 12 players eligible to play for one
national team (or a group of national teams). No more than 5 forwards, no fewer
than three defenders. Select a captain. Every goal scored by one of your Players
is worth one point, every goal scored by your captain is worth 2 points. Your total score is equal to the total number of goals, plus a Formula 1-style Bonus
for placement within the round.
Submit your teams before kickoff of the first leg (two early games on Tuesday,
October 20).'
Alpine Wonderland (SUI+AUT) and the Brexit Bungs (ENG) will participate again this year.

Well, I guess the Warsaw Pact needs to defend its title. Should I keep the same lineup, or impose additional restrictions? (e.g. dump Russia, dump all the former USSR, keep only Russia or USSR)?
Armata Brancaleone is also in, of course.

Alpine Wonderland (SUI+AUT) and the Brexit Bungs (ENG) will participate again this year. With four to one teams in the group stages the Wonderland will probably lean more heavily towards the Austrian side this year.
Armata Brancaleone preliminary lineup:
DF: Bonucci, Bastoni, Spinazzola, Chiellini
MF: Barella, Lo. Pellegrini, Lazzari, Jorginho, Gagliardini
FW: Immobile (c), Chiesa, Insigne,

I will enter the Waffles and Windmills Benelux team again. On a first glance, there might be. Pulisic, McKennie, Bailey, Davies, David, Jim|-nez, Lozano, Corona, Guti|-rrez + some Europa League teams outside the radar
Might think about one from the Rockingest confederation, but not sure
there are enough players, so more research is required.
And then, maybe it is time to revive the midgets with singed beards.--- SBBSecho 3.06-Win32

Forgot to add that Brenden Aaronson will join Salzburg too late for this game. But it's a cool transfer that makes a lot of sense for both sides.I will enter the Waffles and Windmills Benelux team again.

Not really many good german footballers left in the world today, but I will do a Teutonic tramp team. Neuer and ter Stegen have more chance of scoring than any defender or midfielder, oh if only Marko were avaiable...

Must be someone in there that is more likely to score than Kroos, among
the midfielders.
Speaking of which, what position does UEFA list Gnabry and Kimmich as ?

The SQUAD page for Dynamo Kyiv is of a totally different format, thus my script didn't pick it up. It also doesn't lest which players are in the
A or B team.
