What a bizarre days cricket yesterday. I couldn't see anything in the

It depends what you mean by "better". I'd understand if you'd prefer not
to include Broad's 8 for 15. :)

Going back a bit, in 1924 in a Test where England bowled out South
Africa for 30, Arthur Gilligan finished with 6 for 7.

I suppose this collapse, and I remember many Aussie ones chasing small
totals, shows what a mind game cricket is. Lose a coupe of quick wickets
and suddenly a pitch becomes a mine field.

if your looking for most wkts for under 10 runs then i think the record
is still Lohmann 8 for 7 vs RSA ages back. But i'm sure theres another oz
who took 5 for 0, but its not one of the famous ones like warne etc.

well it does help if you have 3 bowlers who can bowl about 90mphs in
or around the off stump. plus timbo must deserve some credit, after all
the 2nd day play left india in a commanding position 62 ahead.

It was PFG Chuck, but these things happen. I won the toss one upon a game
and in fine conditions we, a very good side, were all out for 35 in no time flat. Pitch was fine, bowling was ordinary, it just happened. Somebody
usually wins Lotto...
