Study: Eggs Don't Raise LDL 'Bad' Cholesterol

All those years several years ago where they were out to get us not to eat
eggs "because cholesterol," I have to wonder who/what that campaign was benefiting? They spent a whole lot of money to encourage us to stay away
from eggs in order to have the info mostly/all be false. :(

Big Food, Big Pharma, you name it. Though my mom has always told me eggs are good for you and I always believed here, even when I as in piblic school and they were trying to push that "food pyramid" crap on me.

IIRC, our school food pyramid included eggs. Maybe a benefit of being a
couple of years older than you and/or attending a school system that was
using materials from the 1950/60s. :D
