Running FE 1.46pl1 DOS under an NTVDM.

I'm getting the error: "Can't export message in area <AREANAME> without
active downlinks."

I've got the AKA, Seen-By and Export areas filled out in all of the message areas for this net (including this area). This is the only net I'm having issues with. My AKA and the node number are correct. Where else should I
look? I've tried deleting and recreating the message area. The BBS config appears to be correct. The only thing there is to set echomail for the area type and the AKA.

Any help is more than welcome...
