    Updated per Deuce on IRC: counted summary matching Duplicate style `Security Violation: %4u detected in AREA from ADDR`), cleaner iteration via counted array, and removed the v322_new.md entry until DigitalMan says whether what's-new should be maintained.

    Updated per Deuce: dropped the counted-array approach (count not worth the beef). Now uses xpdev link_list (listFindNode / listPushNodeData) for unique area+addr lines: `Security Violation: AREA ADDR`.

    The minor version number should be incremented as well, especially if this is the first change since the SBBSecho version included with Sychronet v3.21e or the last discrete release of SBBSecho.
